Return according to the right to regret
Read terms in the right to regret.
Upon such return the item must be returned undamaged and securely packed, preferably in the original packaging. Follow the instructions given in the withdrawal form you received with the receipt.
Return due to failure
If you wish to return an item due to a fault (complaint), proceed as follows:
- The item is packed securely, preferably in the original packaging. Returns damaged during transport due to insufficient packaging will not be replaced.
- The package must include an error description or complaint reason. The more thorough the description of the error, the faster we will be able to process the complaint. Returns without error description will not be processed until such error description is available.

N-2810 Gjovik, Norway - You have to pay the shipping costs yourself (postage). The package should not be sent for collection. Shipments that come as collections will not be retrieved and will be returned to the sender.
If a returned item after testing is found to be in order, you will be charged a processing fee of NOK. 150, -. If the error is confirmed, we will either repair the item or send you another error free item.
