Right to regret

According to the Act relating to the duty of disclosure regarding and right to cancel distance contracts and off-premises sales (the Cancellation Act), you have the right, under certain conditions, to cancel a purchase and claim a refund for the amount you originally paid by returning the item(s). The right of cancellation normally applies for 14 days after you have received the item(s) you have purchased.

• If you purchase a computer program, the Cancellation Act is valid until you have broken the seal on the media the software is supplied on, or until the program is downloaded from our server to your computer. After that, the right to ergret does not apply.

• If you buy a smart card this will be made specifically for you with your personal information. The card goes into production immediately after we receive your order and payment. When ordering a smart card, you must therefore accept that the processing begins before the cancellation period has expired.  If you wish to use the right of cancellation, you will not be reimbursed for the costs that have been incurred for the raw card, for processing the card and for postage.

• If you purchase a card reader or other item that we can later deliver to another customer, the right of cancellation is fully applicable.

If you choose to use your right of cancellation, you must follow the instructions given in the right of cancellation form as mentioned in the email you received with the receipt for the purchase. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. You will have to pay for the cost of returning it.
