Order information

The ordering process goes in 4 steps:
Select product > Fill in required information > Pay > Receive order confirmation

1. Select product
Enter the number and/or click the "Buy" button. The product is placed in a shopping cart that appears on the right side of the screen. You can choose to increase or decrease the number by +/- characters. If you reduce the number to 0 (zero), the item is removed from the shopping cart.
When the desired item and quantity is selected, select Checkout at the bottom of the shopping cart.

2. Fill in the required information
Fill in your name, contact information and delivery address. Then select "Payment".

3. Pay
Available payment methods are displayed. Choose the method you want to pay with and follow the instructions given.

4. Receive order confirmation
When payment is completed you will receive a receipt with order confirmation on your PC screen as well as per email. Keep the email containing your order number.

Shipment
If you have ordered a smart card and/or card reader, you will receive the shipment after a few days. For smart card delivery at your post office, be sure to bring a valid credenticals (Passport). A letter with PIN and PUK codes (and card reader if you ordered it) will be sent separately to your mailbox.

If you have ordered Buypass Access, you will be able to access the software download along with the on-screen receipt as well as the email you will receive.

All prices are stated in NOK, including VAT and administration costs. Shipping costs will come in addition.

For delivery to addresses abord, shipping costs will be added to the total.

You can pay with:

• Mastercard

To handle your order we need information such as name, postal address, telephone and e-mail address. This information is stored together with information about the product and/or service that you have purchased. The information will be stored for a minimum of the warranty and complaint period.

Privacy
Buypass treats all personal information confidentially and complies with the privacy requirements in accordance with the Law on processing of personal data (the Personal Data Act) and its regulations.

Buypass does not forward or sell personal information to third parties. You will not receive electronic advertising from us unless you have actively consented to it. You can be deleted from our customer register at any time by notifying us by phone, letter or email.
