Lost your smart card?

If you have lost your smart card, you must block your card / electronic ID as quickly as possible.

Go to Revocation service - Buypass ID on smart card.

Alternatively, contact Customer Support on phone +47 22 70 13 00 during opening hours.

Once the card is blocked, you can order a new smart card.
