If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by logging in to My Page.
- Download our app "Buypass ID" and register a pin-code. (Android | iPhone)
- Go to https://www.buypass.no/mypage/#/en/main/user-account
- Select identification method App and log in.
- Click "Change" under "USERNAME AND PASSWORD".
- Type in new password and click "Save".
